When reporting a problem, please include:

• your iPhone model and iOS version;
• the Counting Journey app version shown at the bottom of Settings;
• what you expected to happen;
• what happened instead; and
• the steps that reproduce the problem.

Screenshots are helpful when they do not contain private journal information. Never send your password, Apple verification code, private join code, or payment-card details.

Getting Started

How do I create a personal journey?

Open Home, tap the + button, enter a title, choose the journey settings, and save it. Personal journeys remain available without a paid membership.

How do I add a note?

Open or unlock the journey card, then tap Add Note. Notes can include text and selected media when the applicable feature is available.

What is the difference between personal journeys and circles?

Personal journeys belong to you. Circles are shared spaces where people can participate in or watch a journey according to their role and the circle's capacity.

How do I join a circle?

Open Circles, choose the join option, and enter the code supplied by the circle owner. A participant code allows active participation; an audience or watching code provides view access.
