Privacy Policy
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Thukpa Labs ("Thukpa Labs," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use Counting Journey (the "App"). It also explains choices and rights that may be available to you.
Counting Journey lets you create personal counting journeys, add notes and selected media, view insights, join or watch shared Circles, receive optional notifications, back up eligible content, export records, and purchase optional memberships.
By using the App, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App or the features that collect or process information.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide
Depending on the features you use, we may collect:
- Account information: email address, authentication provider identifier, account identifier, and sign-in method when you sign in by email, Apple, or Google.
- Profile information: display name, selected avatar, profile image, and related profile preferences.
- Journey content: journey titles, descriptions, counts, check-ins, dates, limits, daily history, notes, archive status, privacy-lock settings, and other information you enter into a journey.
- Media: photos, short videos, thumbnails, and profile images that you intentionally select or upload.
- Circle and sharing content: Circle names, descriptions, membership roles, participant relationships, audience relationships, join or view codes, counts, logs, notes, dashboards, contributor activity, and content you choose to share with participants or viewers.
- Support communications: your email address and the contents of messages you send to us.
